One day 3 friends were working in local butcher shops. They worked in successful brand name organisations, the type with many shops and a reputation for price, service and quality. Those successful organisations seemed to be the perfect solution for customers - but were they?
Those 3 talented butchers noticed a trend - they noticed that prices didn't seem to change - as these successful organisations received massive discounts from their suppliers - the customers were not getting the benefits.
With integrity and honesty being valued our talented butchers decided the public has had enough and left their "cushy" jobs. They travelled south to Murwillumbah. Found the perfect shop and bought it.
For 2 years now Alfred, Darren and Brendan have been tantalising the people of Murwillumbah, Byron Bay & The Gold Coast with their talents.
